Revisiting Ramen

Today's Quick and Easy Recipe is one that I've shared before. It was something I tried at a covered dish supper (thanks, Susan!) that really impressed me. Add a little grilled chicken or minute steaks on the side and it's a great meal for any night of the week.

1 package coleslaw
2 packages of Beef flavored Ramon soup noodles
1 package slivered almonds
1 package sunflower seeds
Chopped green onion


Dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar


Crumble the Ramon noodles and then mix all ingredients together. Add the dry flavor packet from the Ramon noodles in too. Mix in dressing and chill before serving.


Susan says: Grill chicken marinated in Teriyaki and then add to the salad for a meal.
