Luke 17:32 Remember Lot's wife.
Easy enough to memorize and it will inspire you to think back to the story. Lot's wife looked back at what she was leaving behind. When we look backwards we tend to forget the bad stuff and we long for the good things we had. At the same time we miss out on the present and steal from our future. So memorize this short verse to remind you to focus on God today, for today.
