Recipe of the Week

Chicken Veggie Stir-Fry

3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
bag of frozen broccoli stir fry veggies
soy sauce
garlic
ginger
other seasonings to taste.

Season the chicken. Heat olive oil in skillet or wok on medium-high. Brown the chicken on both sides, add in garlic, sauce and seasonings, then frozen vegetables. Stir-fry 7-9 minutes or until chicken is cooked thru and veggies are hot. Serve over rice. Frozen egg rolls make a great side dish!
