Today's Recipe

Today's recipe from Dawn is something that you can plan ahead and it keeps your kitchen clean!
Zesty Orange Barbecued Chicken
1 6oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8-10 pieces frying chicken

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large ziplock bag, let stand 10 minutes. Add chicken pieces, press out air and zip. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning over occasionally. Remove chicken and reserve marinade. Place on grill 6-8 inches from hot coals, cook about 20 minutes on each side and baste with reserved marinade during last 15 minutes of cooking.
